Weather Institute
Static: You enter and leave the battle with the same weather
Clear
Sunny
Rain
Sandstorm
Hail
Late Comer: After X number of turns, the Clear weather changes.
Clearing Up: After X number of turns, the starting weather becomes clear.
These weather affects are made for RP:
Light Fog: Reduce all accuracy by 10%
Thick Fog: Reduce all accuracy by 20%
Mist: Prevents both sides from having stats lowered
These weather are made for RP, and also rare to happen:
Hurricane: Acts as both Rain and Sandstorm (because flying debris or objects.) Additionally, one side of the battlefield gains Tailwind effect.
Heat Wave: (Every 3 turns, Pokemon who aren't in Mineral Egg Group will lose 1/8 hit point. If a Safeguard or Misty Terrain is in effect, or a Pokemon have ability Heat Proof, Guts, Marvel Scale, Quick Feet, Water Veil, Thick Fat, or Flare Boost, the HP deduction will be ignored.)
Thunderstorm: Acts like Rain. Electric Pokemon have 25% chance to have random stat boost each turn.
Flooding: Pokemon who are not eligible for sky battle and water types will have their speed reduce by 1 upon entering battle
Frost: Grass types and bug type Pokemon enters battle with -1 Speed
Tornado: Your Pokemon have 25% chance to be switched during battle. Chance to be a double battle with a Pokemon not in the same area/ route (but nearby). Pokemon with Suction Cup, Arena Trap, or effected by Magnet Pull would ignore this weather.
These Field effects are made for RP, and also rare to happen:
Water Sport: Usually maybe an after-rain effect or after a lot of sprinklers in a garden or urban area go off. In both cases, the water sport would dry up like normal water sport(Weaker) Spike/debris: Rarest of all, whether it's sharp rocks on the ground, human debris like concrete or trash. Pokemon entering the field will have 1/10 of their HP damaged. In the event that someone have a Pokemon uses spike on top of this field effect, both spike and this field effect will happen. (So a 1/8 from Spike usage and a 1/10 from field effect deduction on HP.)
Sweet Veil: Usually around strong flower field or food area in cities, prevents both sides from sleeping.
Uproar: Might occurs in cities, prevents both sides from sleeping. (But won't be in gyms.)
Okay, I don't think I'll add more weird weather or field just to be weird. Weather is generally rolled or "spiced up" a battle once in a while. You can request a field effect if you want a challenge yourself, but you cannot choose which one is rolled. Though, I really don't recommend challenging your own RP for no reason.
