1. You have two cows. On the way to Lavaridge Town, first when Dagrun had arrived at Hoenn, she spent a bit of time in Fallabor Town waiting for it to be dark, so she could change to Hulda and travel faster. She made sure she had her only pokeball on her and strolled down the street while she waited, she was in no hurry as this misison probably would take her years to complete, and she had littel to no clue on where to start. She kept her ears open as she walked, should she be lucky ot come across any rumors. A bit of a weird sight caught her attention, as a farmer stood with two of his pokemon. A tauros and a Miltank and looked out of place here in this town. "Is everything alright?" She asked the Farmer, if there weren't any obviously trouble she could help with.

Contrary to Dagrun's question, everything wasn't alright at all with this farmer. The Miltank actually looked a little sick, while the Tauros can't keep his eyes off the Miltank, like a protective brother instead of a lover, of course. As he began to ramble, the Tauros occasionally stomp on the ground to get the farmer or the stranger's attention. It was just stomping on the ground, and not a rampage, as the ground was the only thing that was damaged, if you consider foot prints on the ground a damage.
"Ma'am are you a Pokemon trainer? My Tauros this morning had been running around stomping to make noise. But meh Tauros wasn't angry because the crops were doing okay! Then we follow Tauros to the barn and saw our Miltank don't want to leave the barn! She also feels warm on when we wash her! She's usually playing with other farm Pokemon and we don't know what's going on! Maybe it's those pesky pest around here lately!" The farmer rambled, shaking his head at the end as he thought the Miltank was shy from those "pest Pokemon".
Getting impatient at the farmer's lack of understanding the issue, the Tauros stomped on his ground some more, and ran around in farm where crops weren't growing, hoping to perhaps get this trainer's attention. However, his running around was stop short by the farmer's wife, who had a Roselia to use Sweet Scent to calm it down.
"Stop running around, Tauros! Roselia, use Sweet Scent! Bill, Miltank haven't eaten her food but drank some water. She's still sleeping. Bill, maybe those pest got through the gates at the barn and ruined her sleep? I can help you water the crops if you reinforce the barn." His wife shouted from a distance and ordered her grass type to stop the normal type from moving too much. The normal type mooed loudly instead this time, and even subtly moved his head to nudge and grab Dagrun's attention, maybe she won't be as dumb as the farmers. After saying that, the farmer's wife went to work on the crops before Bill had agreed to it.
The farmers seemed to have a problem on their hands, what would Dagrun do? Perhaps look for the pest? or Look at the Miltank to diagnose what's going on? Or Follow the Tauros (once past the fence)?

Dagrun had never really expected the famer to be alright, it was more a polite question to hear if he wanted help. He didn't answer her question directly and instead blabbered out with his problem. 'He is desperate,' concluded Dagrun and frowned as she tried to keep up with his hurried explanation, she didn't get a chance to answer his initial question before he thought he was done. "I am a pokemon trainer yes, does that make me an expert in pokemon?" Dagrun asked him kindly. "I will do what I can to help, but everyone with a pokemon can call themselves a pokemon trainer, but perhaps they have just started out and no nothing. If you aren't careful about whom you are getting help from, or how they are trying to help you, they can do more damage than good," she smiled to take the edge out of her warning, but she did wish people were more reluctant to help, or else it was too easy to infiltrate and take advantage of people. Besides, she wanted a challenge when she was on a mission and if she could get in most places by saying she was a trainer, it was just lame. Dagrun was about to say something more, but the tauros suddnely neede to burn off some energy and stomped around. Dagrun unconciusly attempted to spot its weak spots if she was ending up having to face it in a battle.
"If she feels warm and is quiet, she is probably sick, have you talked with a Pokemon Doctor?" Dagrun asked matter-of-factly and was pretty sure he hadn't, or else he wouldn't be standing here frustrated, ignoring the tauros for now. An unknown voice called to them and gave more information and Dagrun sighed. How could they now so littel about the pokemon they worked with everyday? It was basic knowledge! "If she refuses to eat, there is definitely something wrong with her," She said and looked intently at the farmer to see if he caught her hint about fetching a doctor. "And what is all this about a pest having to do with your miltank?" Dagrun asked with a smile, wondering how this couple managed to go through a day without getting injured by their own pokemon, they clearly had little idea of how to handle.
"Can I see you Miltank? I'm no doctor but if I need to find a doctor for her, I would be good if I can describe the symptoms." She explained camly and smiled as she added reassuringly, "It's porobably just a stomach cramp from having eaten too much."

"No Ma'am, we haven't talked with a Pokemon doctor. We just found out she's sick this morning!" The farmer's wife explained about the Miltank's situation, and then opened the fence gate open to let Dagrun come in. "We only have a few Pokemon between us to keep the farm away from the pests that have been popping up lately. They ruin and eat our crops! If you could help us get a Pokemon doctor that would be helpful!" She said, sounding concern about the farm lately, but she was still worried about the condition of her Miltank.
Once following the farmer and wife into the barn, a lone Miltank was laying down, looking sickly. The food in front of her wasn't eaten, and she was sweating a lot. If one touched her body, it would also feel warm as well. The facial expression of the Miltank also looked like she was struggling, as her eyes were closed. Her body was also tired.
"Thank you for helping us to get a Pokemon doctor, just try your best to describe the symptoms! By the way, my name is Bill," The farmed thanked Dagrun, and smiled with some relief that he have help. Now, where does one find a Pokemon doctor?

Dagrun send the wife an odd look, what kind of farmers didn't go fetch a doctor when their lifestock got sick? Wasn't it what they were living of? She had heard of firsttime pokemon owners, who wanted to see if the pokemon didn't just get well by itself again, but not farmers. Perhaps these two were new in the trade? She glanced towards the sky. In her opinion it wasn't early and they should have had plenty of time to go get some help. Dagrun suppressed an annoyed sigh as she followed them into look at the sick miltank. She ignored the informations about the pests, as she didn't expected them to be anything major and just the inept farmers' excuse. It was a thing she could look at afterwards, if they wanted help with that and the miltank had been cured.
Dagrun kneeled in front of the miltank and placed a hand on its side, it felt warm but Dagrun was unsure if it was unusual. It clearly felt sick and Dagrun had a feeling she had to hurry. "Dagrun," she presented herself shortly without smiling. "Let's see if I can find one first, before you thank me" she said as she stood with a worried look on her face. "Do you know where the town's Pokemon Center is?" She asked Bill, and if he did, she would follow his guidelines to it. If he didn't she would go out and start asking around of anyone she met on her way.

"If you exit this farm and follow the dirt path, turn right and then keep on going, you'll see the Pokemon Center eventually, thanks!" Bill smiled, as he led Dagrun outside the barn and then pointed in the air on how to reach Pokemon Center. He nodded and thanked the trainer silently again as they have issues on their hand with the sick Miltank and the pest running around. If Dagrun continued the path, surely she would find the Pokemon Center in plain sight, in the middle of Fallarbor Town. Nurse Joy would also greet her unless Dagrun spoke faster than the Pokemon health professional.
Not long after telling her where to go, Tauros made a loud moo again, and stomping his ground to signal some more pests around the field. Bill stormed out and hollered some orders for his Pokemon to attack those pests. Bill's wife's Rosealia stayed with Miltank as the woman hastily walked between the house and the barn to prepare some towels and bucket to wipe off the sweaty Pokemon's skin. The Miltank probably won't die so soon, unless Dagrun decided to take three days to get help for the farmers.

"Is it far?" Dagrun asked Bill. If it wasn't she would run as fast as she could the whole way, but if it was longer, she would go in a more decent pace, so she wouldn't tire herself out, before getting there. Should Bill claim it was really short but it would turn out not to be, she would curse him as she would tire out but press on anyway.
Dagrun paid little attention to the mooing Tauros, she knew it was upset and explained it with that its mate was sick. She had a important goal and she couldn't get distracted by small things that didn't have to do with what her main target was. Why waste time chasing pests and worrying what they were doing, when she needed to fetch a doctor as fast as possible? Of course the miltank probably wasn't dying, but she saw no reason for it to suffer unecessarily.
At some point she would hopefully arrive at the PokemonCenter, which wasn't possible to miss. Not with the huge red and white symbol in front. She bursted through the door and was glad to see Nurse Joy was available. Dagrun would let her speak her greeting, unless she found it too long by which she would interrupt her. "We have a sick miltank who needs help, is there someone who can come with me to the farm where it is?" She asked the Nurse politely, but made it clear it was rather urgent by starting to list the symptoms it had. If Nurse Joy herself or someone else who were skilled in curing sick pokemon, came along with her, Dagrun would show the way to Bill's farm and the directly to the barn, where the miltank had been when she had left.

Bill shook his head to Dagrun's answer before heading out to deal with the pests. His face got a bit madder when he saw some crops destroyed, and ordered his Tauros to chase them to deal with them. In the mean time, he saw Dagrun went off to look for some help for his Miltank.
At the Pokemon Center, Nurse Joy was continuing her day when Dagrun had an urgent request. She greeted with "Hello, would you like me to recover your Pokemon's health?" before realizing that this would be a special case dealing with the locals who aren't trainers. People who bond with Pokemon by not using Pokeballs.
She listened to the symptoms, and volunteered herself to help out with the situation, speaking after Dargun, "Show me the way, Ma'am. My name is Nurse Joy, I would be glad of help. Chansey, I need you to take over while I am away!"
She put a coat in case of weather changes, and a medicine kit hanging on a wall. She then let her Chansey know that she'll be out for a bit, and the Chansey happily take over helping trainers to recover their Pokemon by putting Pokeballs on the machine.
When Dagrun and Nurse Joy return to the farm, and then the barn, the Miltank would still be there. The pests that had been bothering Bill would have left by then, and Tauros would be ready to moo in a different tone to signal visitors are coming, such as Dagrun and Nurse Joy. Bill's wife's Roselia would still be with the Miltank, and the wife would have like a few towels to soak up those sweats. Bill was also outside the barn, walking and bending and picking up destroyed crops that he would have to either toss them away or give them to some non-pest local Pokemon. If Dagrun returned, he would wave at them and then dropped whatever he was doing to open the gate to let them in.

Dagrun waited impatiently as the nurse said her opening greeting like all Nurses did, it was probably a part of their education that got drilled into them. She had no intention about calling Otieno out and make any connection between her and the ninja-trained pokemon. She had had her pokemon healed by the nurses before, but it was always in great secrecy to avoid word got out. Dagrun smiled briefly when Nurse Joy presented herself, she had guessed that already. Didn't they all have that name after all? She gestured for the pink-dressed woman to follow her and was out of the door.
Things looked like themselves when they returned to the farm and Dagrun wasted no time in looking for the farmers though she didn't have to with as Bill saw them and opened the gate for them. She did not wave back. Dagrun went straight to where the miltank had been when she left, it was still there, and she stepped aside to let the expert through to do her work. She would listen to what Nurse Joy had to say, and would help if needed. If not she would step outside to let her work in peace and would frown at the destroyed fields. If there were anyone around, she would comment that it may was a bit too early to harvest.

Checking various vital signs, and using various common medicinal tools to examine the status of the Miltank, Nurse Joy came to a conclusion on how to treat the sick MIltank, but only thing is, she would need to hurry back to Pokemon Center to get the antibiotic ready. In the mean time, she began speaking, with some medical jargon but ultimately explained that she would hurry back to get the shot. "... so I would need to come back really fast to get the shot, and then your Miltank should be alright in a few hours! In the mean time if you could get some ice bag to put on her head to cool down the fever that would be great! You can also use warm towel to wipe her sweat and keep her warm!" She explained and then hurried off on the bike that she was riding on earlier and went back to the Pokemon Center. (Yes, she went with Dagrun earlier on a bike.)
Afterwards, the wife had placed her trust on the professional, and asked Dagrun's help to get ice bag while she got a hot water bucket and a towel to ease her MIltank's pain. If Dagrun followed her, the wife would tell the ninja in disguise a brief history of their love story. The wife apparently grew up in Verdanturf, and then met her husband in Fallarbor Town in a Crop Festival event. The Miltank was her husband's gift to her, along with wedding proposal. Although they were a newly wed, they were hoping to have children some day. Though for now, they're just learning to getting used to the environment of Fallarbor Town, where occasional ashes from the volcano blew toward the crops. Once the story was over, she grabbed the bucket of hot water and moved cautiously but hastily back the barn, while Dagrun was in charge of the ice bag. If she wasn't with her, then her Roselia have the ice bag duty.

Dagrun watched Nurse Joy's work and wished she could have helped in some way, it wasn't nice to just looking while doing nothing. She was relieved the treatment was fairly easy and she hoped the farmers had learned there lesson now. She found Nurse Joy's suggestion in how to help the poor miltank while she was away, a bit contradicting but she didn't question them. There was no reason for her to question the well renoved Nurse Joy and her expertise with her ignorance.
"Of course," Dagrun said with a smile, happy to be able to do something. She didn't think she could do much else here but she was reluctant to leave until she was sure the farmers knew how to take care of their pokemon. She followed the wife and listened politely to the stories she was told. She was used to listen in her work and didn't find it boring per so, though she glanced at the wife, surprised they were newly wed and wondered if they were just younger than she thought they were, or if they had just met a bit later in life? "I don't know much about it, but isn't ashes making a rather good soil for farming?" Dagrun asked conversingly. She took the icepack and did her best to carry it back without it touching her skin directly. She frowned as she saw how the fields looked. "So it everything peaceful and relaxation here?" Dagrun asked innocently and hoped the wife would tell about any problems they had. Who knews? Perhaps some of the Teams she was attempting to track down was involved?

Bill's wife smiled at Dagrun's question, finding the question amusing. "Well, I guess you can say so. It was peaceful and quiet until the pests show up, now everyone's got their hands full dealing with them. Heh. If you ask other farmers they'll say the same thing about pests. Well, I don't know if ashes in soil is good or bad, but I do know that they can get on the leaves or in the air, blocking light from reaching the plant and destroy them... Ooh! The bucket's full. Let's head back!" She answered the helper trainer's question, and then handed Dagrun the cold ice bag to carry while she got the bucket. Well, she also asked Dagrun to open and to close the house door when they were going back to the barn.
Even though it was a short way back, just as they were outside, Nurse Joy was cycling furiously and came to an abrupt stop. Exiting her bike and grabbing her treatment kit, she hurried herself toward the barn to give the Miltank the shot to deal with this sickness. As Bill and his wife, and likely Dagrun gathered around Nurse Joy and Miltank, the health professional put on gloves and sterilize the area to be shot, and then injected something into the Miltank. When she was done, she smiled and gave the couple instruction, "And your Miltank will be good in an hour or two! Just keep the ice bag on her head and wipe the sweat away with your towel okay? Find me in Pokemon Center again if she isn't getting better in two to three hours. Some Miltank take a little longer to recover but most of them recover in a few hours." She then casually walked back toward her bike and went back to the Pokemon Center.
Her husband, now that he was assured that his Miltank would be recovering faster from this miracle shot, non-verbally told his wife that he would be doing the hard work of wiping the sweat away and monitoring. Roselia nodded and also assured Bill's wife that the grass type will let her know if anything would require her to be there. Seeing this, the wife excused herself to make food for Bill and Dagrun, as their guest for helping them. After all, they would like to appreciate the trainer's help.
Bill, who wasn't aware that his wife already told the life story, repeated once more. However, this time he asked Dagrun a question. "Thank you very much for your help! Why don't you stay over for lunch with us today?.... I would also want to ask, how is it being a trainer? We were never one as you can see we're farmers, but one day we might have children and if they want to be a trainer we'll let them be a trainer and travel the world."

Dagrun helped the wife willingly, though she wondered what it was with those pests they kept talking about. She wondered if it was just this couple who were clueless about how to treat pokemon, which gave them all this trouble. She made a mental note about asking them later.
Dagrun watched silently as Joy aided the miltank and gave her the needed medicin and told the farmers how to care for their pokemon. "I'm happy she will get better, it is good you are always there to help, when there are pokemon in need," Dagrun said cheerfully and wondered if the farmers caught her hint or not.
Dagrun was going to leave when Bill came to thank her for her help. She began to wave him off, saying something about she hadn't done anything when he offered her lunch and she hesitated. She was a bit unsure if she could refuse the offer without being impolite or suspiciously. "You don't have to thank me, and it is really nice of you to offer me lunch, but really don't have to repay me. I'm just happy Miltank is going to be alright, as long as you promises me to go to Nurse Joy should any of your pokemon be sick or injured, that's more than enough for me," she said with a smile. She rubbed her arm sheepishly as he wanted to know her traveling experiences, falling easily into her well-prepared role as happy and helpfull Dagrun. "It's a bit embarrasing, I haven't really trained much," she laughed she made a short pause before she continued. "I have been working hard until recently, when I realized I needed to do something else and here I am. Though I may sound experienced with pokemon, I only know what I have read. My own pokemon is rather unruly, so I will prefer to not call it out too," she said and leaned closer to whisper, "it's a mankey." If Bill insisted, Dagrun would accept to stay for lunch though she would refuse to call out her "mankey".

"Thank you Nurse Joy, I will let you know if Miltank stil look sick in a few hours after this shot. Thank you for your help in area that we don't know!" The farmer watched as Nurse Joy worked, and then escorted the young health professional to exit the barn and then the farm, thanking her a few more times. Then, he waved goodbye to Nurse Joy as she hopped back on her bike and returned to Pokemon Center.
"Oh, you don't have to call your Pokemon out! We can put the Pokemon food in some boxes and bag for you and your Pokemon. Besides the Mankey, how many Pokemon do you have?" The farmer responded, buying into the idea that Dagrun have a Mankey. "Well, would you like a small lunch or a big lunch then? We'll make a walk to Nurse Joy in a bit too to show our gratitude." He urged, hoping that Dagrun would sit down for a bit to enjoy their country side cooking. Surely it would be different from downtown diner or gourmet food.
He then paused for a bit, trying to gauge the trainer's reaction, and thought that perhaps maybe she didn't want to sit down and eat. "Well, how about a take out box for you too? Maybe socializing isn't your thing, but helping people was? Once again though, we thank you for your help! We will definitely ask Nurse Joy if something odd comes up!"

Dagrun laughed relieved, having no trouble acting like it really was a mankey she owned, though Otieno could probably make just as much havoc if he wanted to. He would give her troubles if she tried to call him out in brought daylight. "It would be for the best," Dagrun said with a sheepishly grin, "I don't have anyone than her, so I'm in a bit of trouble too, and it is nice of you to offer me food for her but it wont calm her down unfortunately, I have tried. She listened to Bill trying to convince her to stay for lunch and she sighed invertly. "I'm in no hurry, so if you insist I wont refuse a small lunch, but you don't have to go out of your way for me. I know you are busy when working on a farm, I don't want to waste any of your time on me," she answered kindly and would accept to stay for lunch, should he confirm he really wanted her to.
Dagrun laughed when he finally caught she may didn't want to hang about for too long and offered her a take away instead. "Whatever fit you best, though I'm more interested in hearing about those pests of yours," Dagrun said with interest and looked expectantly at him, ignoring the part about that they would get Nurse Joy if necessary. She was happy they had learned that though.
